Great restraintwill fit around ankles or wristsvery comfortable. Velcroe was too long and kept getting caught on my outfit so i had to cut it to make it a little shorter. Other than that it is a great buy with many possibilitiesthe rings on the sides are like keyrings so u can take off the hook thats on it and add a different one...the possibilities are endless.Ashley
